With reference to the Data Protection Act (1998), Leeds City Council is considered to be the ‘data controller’ of any personal information you provide and will hold this only for the purpose of administering the Arts@Leeds grant programme contract (including contacting you as required with regard to this). We will not share your personal information with any other parties. If your application is successful, the personal data you provide as part of your grant application will retained for up to 5 years. After this point, it will be securely destroyed. If you grant application is unsuccessful, your personal information will be securely destroyed at the end of the grant process.
